However, the Company will not disclose to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws and regulations, or in legal proceedings where such information is necessary or relevant.

Resumes
Since the Web Site is a career site, you have the option of storing your resume in our database. There are several ways of doing this. You may store your resume in our database, but prohibit other users of the Web Site from searching your resume. Prohibiting a search of your resume means that you can use your resume to apply for a job online, but employers will not be able to see your resume through our resume database product. Alternatively, you can store your resume in our database and allow your resume to be searchable, or viewed by other users. If you allow your resume to be searchable, then all employers who pay for access to our resume database product will have access to your resume. We use our best efforts to grant access to this database only to paying employer recruiters, hiring managers, and human resource professionals (the "Agents"). However, we are not responsible if some other third party, such as someone posing as the aforementioned and paying for the service, evades security measures and gains access to the database, and, subsequently, your resume. You may remove your resume from our searchable database. However, Agents who have paid for access to the database may have retained a copy of your resume. In such a situation, we are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of your resume.

Changes to Privacy Commitment
If we change this privacy commitment, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we assemble, how that information may be used by us, and whether, and under what circumstances, we will disclose it to third parties.
